From their secret headquarters (currently located somewhere in Melbourne's south), Twinkle&Jones wander the streets collecting unique artefacts and images for use in their work. Carrying at least 4 cameras, 2 sketchbooks and more pencils than most people could use in a lifetime, the pair leave no hidden gem unturned, usually dragging their findings back to their quaint studio for analysis. The rattlings of Twinkle's sewing machine can often be heard late into the night, whilst Jones is usually found out and about as early as 4am, beating the crowds to the best haunts.

Close Up Photography of Hot Rods and Classics

We've been busy snapping some of Melbourne's finest Hot Rods and vintage automotive marvels. The Melbourne sun helps hugely with getting timeless shots, although equally this makes it hard to eliminate ourselves from the reflections in the chrome!

We took well over 400 shots, and narrowed the selection down to just over 80 which can be seen on these individual sets on Flickr, here...

We'll soon have some of these available as Etsy downloadable digital files, and will doubtless be peddling them elsewhere - if you see anything you want to buy, let us know!

Hand crafted bags featuring upcycled vintage car badges

A small collection of handcrafted bags, in denim and gingham and featuring classic Ford car badges and hand-printed vintage images. They are lined in soft white cotton, and perfect for everyday use or to add some va-va-vroom to an evening out.

See them in the shop by clicking here.

Handcrafted Felt Garland

To welcome little Evie, we created a beautiful hand crafted garland in soft felt. The letters are hand cut and  then stitched together with contrasting embroidery thread before being stuffed to bring added depth and a bit of squishy cuteness. Congratulations Jess and Tim! xxx

You too can have a garland with your child's name or message of your choice, just get in touch with your requirements and we will see what we can do...

Upcycled Money Bag Cushion

Some time ago, we got our hands on a batch of old school money bags which were once used to transport hard cash around the UK. We've got a few from Midland Bank, and lots from the Post Office, in Red, Green and Yellow depending on the denomination they once held.

Having just rediscovered them in a box of material samples, we've created these charming little cushions which measure approximately 12 by 8 inches, and feature simple black printed descriptions.
